I want to write about my experience using these headphones. These are my second gaming headphones; before that I used Steelseries Siberia v2, I was very pleased and considered them one of the best for gaming. I haven't bought the Razer Kraken 7.1 V2 yet. Compared to Siberia, these ears win literally in everything. 50 mm dynamic drivers with neodymium magnets, the sound is clear, there are plenty of low frequencies, and high frequencies too. The sound quality is head and shoulders above Steelseries. 7.1 surround sound just helps tremendously in games, in PUBG I really immediately understand where the enemy is coming from, this feature is very useful in shooters of this kind. The microphone is the same retractable on a flexible stem as Siberia, no noise, you can hear me perfectly in Discord. True, it is advisable not to move it far from the mouth, you need to keep it closer. The design is very stylish, the Razer logo is beautifully illuminated. In terms of build quality and materials: I've been using the headphones for almost a year now and during this time they are still like new. Nothing is loose or wobbly. The ear pads did not wrinkle at all during this time (Steelseries Siberia's ear pads became deformed after a couple of months). The headphones fit tightly, but there is absolutely no discomfort; the headband with a soft insert does not put pressure on the head at all. You can play all day long, your head and ears won’t get tired at all. By the way, the software is also very convenient, everything is quickly configured, there is an equalizer, various sound optimization and sound calibration.
