Gaming over-ear headphones with a comfortable fit and quality sound, introduced to the market as part of the Kraken gaming line from Razer. Before us are over-ear full-size Over-Ear headphones that completely cover the user's ears, thus providing good noise isolation and excellent immersion in the gaming world. The aluminium frame makes the headset lightweight, flexible and durable, while the soft headband padding enhances comfort.
The ear pads are filled with gel to reduce heat build-up and topped with thin faux leather. At the heart of the device are 50 mm dynamic drivers, providing the ability to reproduce a wide frequency range. 7.1 virtual surround sound is supported (note that the technology is only supported for Windows 10 64-bit). The built-in microphone on a flexible arm allows you to chat in game chats, etc. Connection to a computer, laptop or any other signal source is carried out using the classic mini-Jack interface (3.5 mm).

The Razer Kraken Multiplatform headset is not worth the money. Pros. The headset sits well on the head, does not press, you can stay in it for a long time. Not bad materials of the body and ear pads, metal frame, braided wire. Good microphone. Adapter included. Impressive appearance. Minuses. When talking, an echo is created inside the headset. Disgusting sound quality from speakers like very cheap $10 headsets. The sound is muffled with an echo effect like from a barrel. There is no bass in the headset, the speakers just hum and try to create bass audibility due to the size. An equalizer and a sound card won't help much. Compared to my previous Sven GD-970 headset, the Razer Kraken Multiplatform sounded a lot worse. I regret the purchase, the price tag for this headset is too high. excellent headphones in their category. I bought it for 5k, now they have increased in price, but maybe the prices will fall. I especially liked the ear pads, I can only buy them because of them.
