The 2021 flagship watch is the first gadget from the South Korean giant to feature the new Wear OS operating system, for which Samsung has teamed up with Google. A 247 mAh battery is installed inside, one charge of which should last up to 40 hours of battery life in standard use. When it comes to health and sports, the Samsung Galaxy Watch4 has everything at the highest level: the model can measure blood pressure, ECG and blood oxygen levels, count the pulse, monitor sleep and even determine the nature of snoring, and the new Samsung BioActive sensor is capable of real-time time to analyze body composition, including the amount of fat, skeletal muscle and water. Thanks to the built-in microphone and speaker, the device can not only display incoming calls and messages, but also answer calls and use the watch instead of a phone, and the presence of NFC allows you to pay for purchases through Samsung Pay.

The first watch with Wear OS
The flagship watch of the South Korean company Samsung in 2021, as befits a premium device, offers everything you need for convenient use, and even more. The big problem for owners of wearable devices is battery life, and you need to understand that the more functions, the less time a smartwatch will work on a single charge. The Samsung Galaxy Watch4 has a 247 mAh battery, which will last a maximum of several days. If you actively train and turn on automatic SpO2 measurement and the Always On screen, you will have to charge the gadget daily.
Design
By the way, the range also includes a 44mm version and a Galaxy Watch4 Classic model with a branded rotating bezel. But we would recommend the 40-mm Galaxy Watch4 to the female half — smaller and more accurate, with a durable aluminium case, a small Super AMOLED display with a diagonal of 1.2" and weighing only 26 g.
