Purchased from an online store nothing special purchased in April 18, stopped being detected in the laptop on February 2, 2020, worked for less than 2 years with a 5-year warranty, I’ll probably take it to service in Moscow because price 7,000 rub. I relied on the brand and uploaded a lot of important information (photo archive, etc.) but now I’m most likely left without information.  Maksim: use Seagate ST2000LX001 more than year |

We recommend
I bought it exclusively for PS4.
The only hybrid HDD with such warranty and pricing policy.
I purchased this drive twice! For my PS4 Pro and Slim... It's been in the Pro since 2017... and I installed it in the Slim this summer (2018).
The drive works insanely... before that I had the PS4 Fat and in 2015 I installed the Samsung Spinpoint M9T ST2000LM003 (the drive still works today as storage).
So in 2016, Seagate released the hybrid FireCuda HDD and compared to Samsung:
•128MB versus 32MB buffer from Samsung
• 5.6ms versus 12ms response from Samsung
• 8GB SSD versus 0GB from Samsung
• 60 months versus 24 months warranty from Samsung
And the noise... unfortunately, the Samsung drive makes noise!
In terms of pricing policy, they are equivalent, and it’s hard to find the Samsung Spinpoint M9T ST2000LM003 now....
Seagate has created an excellent drive for consoles) Tested and proven!
I saw reviews where someone was unlucky and their drive failed in the first days of use... well, it happens! No one is immune to defects, and also from vandals - HDD drives are not SSD, you have to be careful with them and not throw them around.
