Not bad or even good headphones for the price range in which they are presented. They only press on the ears in the first 30 minutes after unpacking, and they break in very quickly. The cable is indeed not too long, and when working with a computer, an extension may be needed. Initially, I was disappointed with the sound when first connecting to a smartphone (lows were almost absent, only highs), but this is corrected with "Sound Enhancement in MIUI" or any other equalizer. I have no complaints about the build quality and design, and I hope they will last long, like other Sony headphones. Overall, I recommend purchasing. Price, design (assembly), quality of the product as a whole. The wire is of medium length, the length is intended only for use with a smartphone. Appearance
Externally, the headphones are very reminiscent of their closest competitor Panasonic RP-HF300. Here, there is a folding design, and 4 colours, and comfortable soft ear cushions made of high-quality leatherette, and a 1.2 m long double-sided cable with an L-shaped mini-Jack plug. And the adjustable headband will not interfere if you suddenly want to put on glasses at the same time as the headphones. There is a place for their temples.
The build quality is on top and there is absolutely nothing to complain about, except perhaps for a not very long cable, but the emphasis is obviously placed on the versatility of the model, and a long cord in motion is only a burden.

Let's move on to sound. There are no complaints about low frequencies. Bass sounds juicy, accented and deep, the same can be said about the low mids. But the high middle and top are littered and poorly legible. Although, it must be admitted that it is unfair to put forward claims to the sound at this price level. But let's be objective to the end.
Given the small diameter of the ear cushions (30 mm), they do not completely cover the ear, and there is no need to talk about full-fledged two-way sound insulation. In this regard, some users may not have enough volume in noisy places, the sensitivity of the model is not the best — 98 dB.
Otherwise, we can safely state that the MDR-ZX310 is an attractive low-cost model with a fashion bias and a good low-frequency sound.
