TP-LINK's VIGI sub-brand PTZ dome camera is a mid-to-advanced solution for outdoor video surveillance. The model is connected via LAN, and thanks to PoE 802.3at technology, both power (14 W) and data can be transmitted over a single wire, which is designed to simplify installation. At the same time, connection to a power outlet is also possible (that is, two options are available, and the user chooses the best one).

The automatic drive of the lens (swivel mechanism) allows you to implement different scenarios, including tracking different zones or changing patrol routes. The TP-LINK VIGI C540 4 mm camera is equipped with a 4 MP sensor, a 4 mm lens, and also provides both infrared and LED illumination elements (there is a possibility of night operation in color mode). The maximum resolution of the broadcast video is 2560x1440 pixels, and to increase the information content of the image, backlight compensation technologies are also implemented - WDR + BLC.

The advantages of the model include a 30-meter range of illumination, frost resistance (up to -30 degrees Celsius), a decent IP66 protection class, as well as extended functionality. Declared is not only the ability to configure areas of interest, but also the detection of vehicles and people, feedback support (there is a speaker and microphone), remote access from a mobile application, etc.
