For AV supports Most Hifi racks and heavy speaker stands or if the flooring is made of a soft material for example pinewood we highly recommend HD-L spike shoes which with their wider circumference of more→fering a higher weight rating and a larger surface area to spread the load. For lightweight speaker stands the HD-S are most suitable.
