The Mission QX-5 MkII is a pair of floorstanding speakers for home audiovisual applications. Delivering clear full sound for your home cinema space or living room the QX-5 MkII uses Missions innovative design and in-depth tuning processes to bring the best out of your favourite movies TV shows and music. The QX-5 combines a 12" bass driver two 6.5" midrange drivers and a ring dome treble unit using a durable acrylic fibre in its driver design for reliability and clarity. The addition of the new large-format bass driver lets this model extend its bass frequencies for sub-bass with incredible definition while maintaining the consistency of the QX range with its dual midrange drivers.

Featuring Mission’s ‘ring dome’ tweeter design, these speakers offer the perfect balance of stunning musical detail with a smooth, low distortion output. Thanks to a twin cavity venting system, backpressure is reduced, meaning the treble response can ‘breathe’. Offering low resonance and the purest detail, the QX speakers are a class above at the top end.

One of the critical areas highlighted by the development of the mission ZX and QX models was the use of teeth in the aromas to spread disturbing reflections from localised surfaces to the dome and cone.
LX MKII now takes these teeth into the flavourings and thus provides additional sophistication. to the outputs. of the drive and for a softer frequency response.
With minor interference in the reaction of the rider, the crossover has been optimised for each model to take advantage of the improved performance.

The QX-2 MKII is a 2-way Standmount loudspeaker with a 6.5″ (165mm) bass driver and ring dome treble unit. As with all Mission speaker concepts, the process of listening, listening and more listening is the key to improvement.
