Battery charge indicator

— indicator that signals the battery charge level in the tool (see "Power source").

The design and capabilities of such an indicator can vary — from a simple LED light that signals battery status through colour changes and/or blinking frequency, to detailed information displayed on the tool's own screen (see "Additional features"). However, in any case, the indicator makes it easier to monitor the battery's status and reduces the likelihood of encountering a dead battery at an inconvenient time.
