Fitness station

— the most versatile type of simulators: they are equipped with many different devices and allow you to train different muscle groups. Simply put, one fitness station replaces several traditional weight machines at once (see the relevant paragraph). At the same time, two main specializations can be distinguished among such units. The first is models for personal use, designed for one athlete. They are very convenient where there is little space for installing simulators, and it needs to be used as efficiently as possible — primarily in residential areas. The second variety is “large-format” fitness stations, where several athletes can work out at the same time; such models are already designed for full-fledged gyms.
