In the low-cost league of air conditioners of the Swedish brand Electrolux, products of the Slide family rule the ball. It combines side-by-side models with a rotary compressor of traditional design and wall-mounted split systems with newfangled inverter control. Climatic equipment of the series is produced for different "square" of serviced premises - from 20 m² to 70 m².

The room unit for Electrolux Slide air conditioners is often made in a narrow form factor with a width of about 75 cm. An exception to the rule is powerful modifications of split systems with an eye to serving large areas. An important feature of the indoor unit is the motorized drive of the horizontal and vertical louvers to remotely change the airflow in any direction. To control the operation of air conditioners, a practical remote control with a large information screen is used.

Household modifications of Electrolux Slide air conditioners with an eye to maintenance of "square area" up to 32 m² are equipped with a narrow indoor unit 74.5 cm wide.

Squad split systems automatically perform self-cleaning of the heat exchanger and correctly restore the specified operating settings after power failures. In winter, their performance for heating is maintained at an outdoor temperature of -7 ÷ -10 °C. In addition, non-inverter copies of the series have an air cleaning system, formed from antibacterial catechin and photocatalytic filters.
