Turbo burner
— the presence of a gas burner on the stove (less often — two burners), the flame on which is located not in one, as on standard burners, but in two or three rows. Such burners heat the bottom of the pan more powerfully and evenly than conventional single-row ones. On the other hand, they are more complex, more expensive and consume more gas, and the advanced heating mode is important mainly for professional cooking with some specific recipes.
