The Ryzen 5 Matisse processor series belongs to the entry-level 7-nanometer solutions, first released by AMD in 2019. Thanks to the unlocked multiplier, its frequency can be raised to the level of the more expensive 3600X or even slightly higher. You can't catch up with much, the overclocking potential of the Matisse line is quite modest, but stable 4.2 — 4.3 GHz for all cores is quite possible to get. Only for this you will need an efficient cooling system (the OEM version does not have a cooler at all) and a good motherboard with a high-quality power supply subsystem.
