A powerful cordless hacksaw with a brushless motor, designed for installation and dismantling work related to cutting wood, plastic and metal. With this saw you can cut wooden boards, logs and beams up to 255 mm thick and metal pipes with a diameter of up to 130 mm. The tool is characterized by high sawing speed due to the large amplitude of the rod stroke (32 mm). The Makita JR001GZ reciprocating saw has two operating speeds: 2300 and 3000 strokes/min.

Within each range, the speed of movement of the saw is regulated by the force of pressing the start button. Fixing the saw blade in the chuck and adjusting the position of the support sole are carried out without the use of auxiliary tools. The saw is equipped with built-in LED lighting. There is a metal hook on the body. Thanks to proprietary XPT technology (Extreme Protection Technology), this saw has a high degree of protection against dust and moisture. The tool comes complete with 3 saw blades, but without battery and charger. Requires a 40V battery from the Makita XGT family to operate.
