A decent cooler, I'm very satisfied with the purchase.

Socket 1150 (i7-4790) and high-profile Corsair Vengeance memory
Worked for a year on a stock cooler. The noise and whining under load were annoying.
I took a long time choosing a cooler, and I picked this one.
It has two mounting options (A and B), either with the pipes facing down or towards the memory sticks.
If the pipes face down, one memory slot gets blocked.
In my setup, the pipes face the memory sticks. All 4 slots are available with no obstructions.
There's an adapter that reduces the RPM. The cooler works very quietly; I can't hear it.

CPU temperature: between 30 to 36 degrees (I monitored the temperature from May to June)
At the time of writing, it's +30 on the thermometer, and the CPU is at +36.

High-quality cooler. It has a hefty heatsink that dissipates heat very well. It comes with a great set of small accessories (thermal paste, an adapter for reducing speed, additional mounts for the cooler, screwdriver). Even under CPU load, it operates quietly and the temperature barely changes from normal. Operates quietly. 6-year warranty.

The only downside could be its price. Other than that, no complaints.
