bought this drive as an additional one purely for gaming, as the system is on another. so far, completely satisfied, everything launches within seconds, installation and file exchange are noticeably faster compared to the old HDD. of course, the volume of 500GB is just for a start, but for the price, it's a very good choice, considering it's also from a well-known brand. data transfer speed, availability of official software, absence of any issues with the connection: simply connected it with SATA, formatted, and it is ready to work. not revealed yet  Yuliya T: use Samsung MZ-77E500B/EU less than month |

I've been using the Samsung 870 EVO as my system drive for several years now. The switch from a regular HDD at the time made a noticeable difference in everything, from Windows boot-up to launching programs. Even now, after years of use, the drive hasn't lost speed and remains stable. It operates quietly, doesn't overheat, and I haven't experienced any failures or issues during the entire time. It's used for the system and main programs — for this, 500 GB is quite enough. Performance is stable, with no slowdowns, regardless of the load. As expected from Samsung — normal quality, reliability, and predictable performance. It's just an SSD that does its job and doesn't cause any problems. Exactly what you need from a system drive.
