Wireless foldable over-ear headphones with wireless/wired connection and built-in microphone. They differ in the use of digital bass enhancement using Extra Bass technology (there is a possibility of hardware shutdown) and simultaneous operation with several devices in Multipoint mode. Equipped with powerful 40mm dynamic dome drivers, which are designed to reproduce the frequency range from 20 to 20,000 Hz.
They have a strong and comfortable design that provides a comfortable grip and a secure hold, but does not create excessive pressure. To connect to the source, the Bluetooth 4 protocol is used, which provides a reliable coverage radius of 8-10 m. Sound transmission using the LDAC audio codec with a sampling rate of 96 kHz and 24-bit bit depth allows Sony MDR-XB950B1 headphones to receive the highest quality digital audio, which is then converted into pure sound.
Apt-X and Apple AAC standards are also supported. Thanks to the built-in NFC, pairing with source devices is greatly simplified. The built-in lithium-polymer battery provides up to 18 hours of battery life, its charging time does not exceed 2 hours. In the case of a wired connection using the included one-way cable, the headphones are switched to passive mode and work like a regular wired model.

Sound EXTRA BASS Control elements (Well palpable) The ringtone is too loud |
I bought them for around 6500 in a local electronics network. I immediately liked the headphones for their sound (though this is subjective) and long battery life - I constantly listen to music on the way to university, and the charge lasts 2-3 days. The soft inserts fit comfortably on the ears, and the headphones are easily adjustable for head size. However, this also points to the downside of closed headphones - without ventilation, the ears start to sweat after a while, which is personally very unpleasant for me, and this situation worsens in the summer due to the black color. The same happens when running or engaging in other active activities (which makes sense - these headphones are not designed for sports). The signal is good, picking up about 7-10 meters from the phone. The connection does not drop or crackle. The only downside is a phone call while listening to music - it can literally leave you without eardrums; the ringtone goes off at full volume, and I still haven't figured out how to fix this. All the buttons work without issues; in six months of use, none of the buttons even wobble. Overall, in its category, this model is an undisputed leader in terms of quality-price ratio. -Excellent sound -Long battery life -Ability to connect via cable (while maintaining good sound) -Fit snugly on the ears and don't fall off the head -Bass function, a significant plus to the sound -Ears do not breathe at all in soft inserts; in summer, in the black version, it is impossible to be under the sun for more than two minutes use Sony MDR-XB950B1 few months |
Very practical. I listen to music while going to work (in the subway). My ears don’t hurt even after using them for about 6-7 hours. The plastic is of very high quality. The only drawback I can note is the massiveness. When you bow your head they slide off your ears a little High bass, long battery life, Massiveness use Sony MDR-XB950B1 week i recommend it should buy |
