The built-in display can display various information, including from games, the player and other applications. It also makes it easier to work with different kinds of keyboard settings. Ability to record macros on the fly.
Reliable, easy to use and stylish mechanical keyboard, adapted for active gaming. The keyboard has an integrated monochrome OLED Smart screen, on which you can display pictures, animations and any system data. A push wheel and an auxiliary media button are available. On the front end there is a pass-through USB port designed for easily connecting flash drives, charging a smartphone, etc.
The SteelSeries Apex 7 Red Switch mechanical gaming keyboard has a hard aluminium alloy front cover. A magnetic stand with a soft rubberized surface is connected to the keyboard. The connecting wire is not removable, but the cord is neatly routed through a secret channel to either side. The design of the case is trapezoidal, making it possible to easily lift the manipulator from the gaming table and move the device from place to place. This version of the keyboard uses the new generation RGB SteelSeries QX2 mechanical switches. These are soft, quiet and very reliable switches with an actuation point of 2 mm. The device memory is designed to store five separate configurations with user settings. Improved work with macro commands is available.

The keyboard looks quite restrained: a compact body and black keys. However, each of the keys is equipped with an RGB LED, which allows me to fully customize the color of the keyboard to my liking. It features raised keys and a large palm rest with full palm support and a soft touch that can be removed and fixed without tools or effort thanks to the magnetic attachment. The keyboard has the ability to save up to five user profiles. In the upper right corner are two multimedia keys. The volume wheel can also be pressed to mute directly. A small OLED display is also located in the upper right corner of the keyboard, where information about activated profiles, changed settings, or current updates can be displayed. In addition, the display may show factors related to the game or application. The keyboard has a pass-through USB port that I use to connect my wired mouse, which is very handy. Each of the keys is equipped with an RGB LED, which allows me to fully customize the color of the keyboard to my liking.
