A compact mechanical gaming keyboard featuring high-tech OmniPoint magnetic switches, a monochrome OLED screen, built-in memory for storing user profiles, and a robust metal chassis. It is positioned as a high-end product designed for the most demanding gamers, as well as beginner and professional eSports players participating in away competitions and LAN finals of the highest level.
The main feature of the SteelSeries Apex Pro TKL keyboard is the use of OmniPoint magnetic linear switches, which not only provide incredible reliability (at least 100 million actuations) but also allow for fine-tuning of the actuation point (from 0.4 to 3.6 mm). Thus, the user can adjust the key travel from hypersensitive (actuating in 0.7 ms) to requiring a full key press. It is worth noting that such adjustment is only possible for the main text portion of the keyboard (a total of 62 keys). The Ultrapolling technology guarantees a high polling rate (1000 Hz) for minimal delays. Thanks to the absence of a numeric keypad, this model does not restrict the user during active mouse work. The monochrome OLED display, with an adjacent scroll wheel and button, allows for adjusting switch properties, changing backlight modes, and setting profiles.

The keyboard is more than satisfactory, even at night the key presses are quiet and do not bother my family, everything is soft and pleasant. There is a palm rest, which is a little big, but it’s convenient. An excellent keyboard for fans of bright designs, featuring amazing key travel. It's a nice touch that the wrist rest is removable, which allows you to adjust your workspace more flexibly.
