Compact mechanical gaming keyboard with high-tech OmniPoint magnetic switches, monochrome OLED screen, on-board memory for custom profiles and hard metal housing. It is positioned as a product of the upper price category, designed for the most demanding gamers, as well as beginners and professional esports players taking part in the highest level of away competitions and LAN finals.
The main feature of the SteelSeries Apex Pro TKL keyboard is the use of OmniPoint magnetic linear switches, which not only provide incredible reliability (at least 100 million operations), but also allow you to fine-tune the actuation point (from 0.4 to 3.6 mm). Thus, the user can adjust the stroke from hypersensitive (0.7 ms actuation) to one that requires a full keystroke. It should be noted that such adjustment is possible only for the text part of the keyboard (62 keys in total). Ultrapolling technology guarantees a high polling rate (1000Hz) for minimal latency. Due to the absence of a digital block, this model does not constrain the user when actively working with the mouse. A monochrome OLED display with a side-by-side scroll wheel and button allows you to customize switch properties, change backlight modes and settings profiles.
