MediaTek Dimensity 8000
— a powerful sub-flagship smartphone chipset aimed at competing with Qualcomm's Snapdragon 870. The debut of the processor took place in early 2022. MediaTek Dimensity 8000 is a 5nm chipset equipped with four high-performance Cortex-A78 cores (2.75GHz) and a quartet of Cortex-A55 cores (2GHz). The GPU Mali-G510 is responsible for processing graphics in it. The chipset specifications indicate support for screens with Full HD+ resolution and a refresh rate of up to 168 Hz. The processor works correctly with UFS 3.1 standard drives and LPDDR5 RAM (up to 16 GB).
