— a top-end mobile processor aimed at flagship Android smartphones. Snapdragon 8 Elite has been manufactured since late 2024 using TSMC's 3-nanometer process technology. The SoC includes two main Oryon Prime cores with a clock frequency of up to 4.32 GHz and six high-performance Oryon Performance cores with a frequency of up to 3.53 GHz.

The chipset's performance has increased by about 45% compared to the previous generation. The energy efficiency indicators have also increased by the same amount. Snapdragon 8 Elite is equipped with advanced Adreno 830 graphics with support for ray tracing technology, Unreal Engine 5.3, and the Nanite virtualized geometry system. The Hexagon neural coprocessor is responsible for the AI capabilities of the "elite" chipset from Qualcomm. The mobile processor has a Snapdragon X80 5G modem with a data download speed of up to 10 Gbps and an upload speed of up to 3.5 Gbps. The SoC is used in tandem with LPDDR5X-5300 RAM up to 24 GB, UFS 4.0 storage devices, Quad HD+ screens with a refresh rate of up to 240 Hz, and cameras with a resolution of up to 320 MP. In terms of wireless communications, support for Wi-Fi 7 and Bluetooth v 6.0 is declared.
