Such devices, however, tend to “eat up” part of the high frequencies, but many consider this moment not as a disadvantage, but as a characteristic feature that can even turn into a virtue; other proponents of this option believe that passive pickups sound more natural. However these moments largely depend on personal perception; but the fact that passive pickups provide more opportunities for experimenting with playing technique is a fact.
