Professional over-ear headphones with high internal impedance, excellent passive noise isolation and neutral, most authentic sound. Positioned as a mid-range studio/monitor device. With a 250 ohm impedance, this model is perfect for hi-fi equipment with a separate amplifier and professional audio interfaces. They have a durable and practical design adapted to intensive use, and most of its elements are made removable and replaceable.
Equipped with large velor ear cushions, which guarantee a comfortable fit and no problems during prolonged wear. High-quality dynamic radiators ensure correct reproduction of the widest frequency range (from 5 to 35,000 Hz) with a minimum coefficient of non-linear (harmonic) distortion of less than 0.2%. These parameters allow you to perform professional work with sound in the studio. Equipped with a long three-metre twisted cord with two types of connectors: a standard 3-pin mini-Jack 3.5 mm and 6.3 mm for interaction with Pro-level equipment. It should be noted that for the full sound of this model, a relatively powerful high-end output amplifier is required.

Live classic
Just think, the classic trinity from Beyerdynamic 770/880/990 first appeared on store shelves about 30 years ago and since then has not thought of losing ground. By 2020, all three models have gone through several updates, are still actively sold and are considered timeless classics among musicians and music lovers. The combination of a strong and flexible construction, in which almost any part can be replaced, and a moderately honest, but at the same time lively and assertive sound, brought them a cult status.
Indestructible design in which almost all elements can be replaced
All three models have the same acoustic scheme and differ mainly in design. Specifically, the 770s are closed and have good sound insulation. They are made in Germany, boast impeccable build quality and have been trouble-free for decades. In terms of ergonomics, everything is also on top. The cups sit comfortably, the ear cushions tightly cover the ears, providing good noise isolation. The pillow rests on four buttons and, if necessary, comes unfastened. The ear pads are detachable. If something breaks or frays over time, this part can be replaced without problems. The design provides easy assembly and disassembly of moving parts. For complete happiness, there is not enough interchangeable cable.
Excellent sound
By the standards of headphones up to $200, the DT 770 PRO performs excellently. The vocals in them sound rich, voluminous and natural, regardless of the type of voice. The sound is generally monitor, but never boring. The character is typical for the entire series - sparkling highs, a slightly elevated bass and a well-developed, but slightly recessed "middle". We were also impressed by their unpretentiousness, the 250 ohm model easily "wound up" when connected to the iPad 6 and, to be honest, we did not hear much difference between the 80 and 250 ohm model. Not surprisingly, these beauties are still so popular and many choose them instead of the conventional Custom One or other newer Beyerdynamic models.
