Remarkable "almost half a shot" for the cavalry of full-frame mirrorless cameras from Sony, Panasonic and Leica. The metal body of the lens measures only 45 mm in length (without a hood installed), and 46 mm in diameter. This “baby” weighs 215 g. Optically, the Sigma 45mm F2.8 DG DN C is built according to the formula of 8 elements in 7 groups. The aperture of the lens is 7-blade, the thread near the front lens for the filter is 55 mm.

The silent and precise stepping drive of the autofocus system helps to focus the model. It catches the shooting objects in the frame from a distance of 24 cm. The focal length of the lens is only slightly short of the reference 50 mm and is 45 mm. The maximum open aperture of the model is f / 2.8. The minimum aperture is f/22. By the way, for diaphragming, a separate control ring is introduced into the design of the model. Despite belonging to the Contemporary line of amateur optics, the fix will not let venerable photographers down. The characteristic features of his drawing are magnificent bokeh and high sharpness across the entire field of the frame.
