Speakers with XLR input
XLR
— in this case, we mean an interface for transmitting an analogue audio signal over a three-wire XLR cable in the so-called balanced format (unlike AES / EBU, where the same cable is used, but the signal is digital); one cable carries one channel of audio. This format provides a high degree of noise immunity and allows the use of long cable lengths without affecting signal purity. The standard of XLR connectors belongs to the professional ones — not only because of the mentioned transmission quality, but also because the connector itself is quite large and provides locks to secure the plugs.Show
