In the spring of 2021, the Chinese giant Xiaomi held its largest-ever presentation of new products, the main decoration of which was the 11th generation Mi premium smartphones. According to the manufacturer, these are the world's first Android smartphones with progressive Snapdragon 888 5G processors.

The original Mi 11 embodies all the principles of the company's flagship building: it is a pretty nice smartphone with powerful hardware, a high-quality camera, well-thought-out ergonomics and support for all modern standards. At the same time, he does not seek to become the most technically advanced smartphone of the generation, costing fifteen hundred dollars. On the contrary, the official price in the region of $500 attracts people who are looking for a technically advanced smartphone, but do not want to overpay for a conditional iPhone or Samsung Galaxy S.

Xiaomi Mi 11 is equipped with a 6.81-inch AMOLED screen with a resolution of 3200x1440 pixels and a 120Hz refresh rate. The main sensor of the camera has a resolution of 108 MP and is equipped with an optical stabilization system, support for night mode and video recording in HDR10+ format. It is complemented by a 13 MP ultra-wide-angle lens with a 123-degree field of view and a 5 MP TV camera. Most of the body is made of impact-resistant glass with beautiful and comfortable rounded edges. There is no slot for a memory card and a headphone output, these are the rules of the game now. But there is a wireless charging power of 55 W built into the display heart rate monitor.

In addition to the basic version of Mi 11, the manufacturer introduced a slightly simplified and cheaper version of the smartphone with the prefix "i". The smartphone has the same Snapdragon 888 processor, the same 8 GB of RAM, the main camera lens has a resolution of 108 MP, and the AMOLED screen supports HDR10 + and a 120 Hz refresh rate. At the same time, the Mi 11i has a slightly smaller screen, and the resolution is slightly lower (2400 × 1080 versus 3200 × 1440). Also, in the younger version of Mi 11, the biometric scanner is located on the side, and not under the screen, and charging has a power of 33 W, not 55 W, and cannot charge through the air.
