A mid-range SLR primarily aimed at hobbyists, the successor to the EOS 700D introduced in February 2015. It does not have any special external differences from its predecessor, but it differs markedly in terms of equipment. First of all, the resolution of the APS-C matrix has increased to 24 megapixels (with the same sensitivity ranges). In addition, the Canon EOS 750D digital camera received an updated Digic 6 processor and a high-end 3rd generation Hybrid CMOS AF autofocus system, and communications were supplemented with Wi-Fi and NFC modules. The display remains the same — touch, rotary, 3". This delivery option includes a lens.

Model overview based on user reviews
The Canon EOS 750D kit 18-55 is a versatile digital SLR camera that impresses with its 24-megapixel sensor and smart shooting capabilities, making it suitable for both beginners and more experienced photographers. Users appreciate its ability to produce high-quality photos even in low light, thanks to its effective ISO range and fast, accurate autofocus. The camera's built-in Wi-Fi and NFC modules enhance convenience, allowing for easy photo transfers and remote control via smartphone. While the camera's weight and complex menu may pose challenges, its stylish design and excellent video recording capabilities, including full HD video, make it a worthwhile investment. However, some users note that the 24MP resolution can be restrictive in certain situations, and the battery life could be improved, especially during video shooting. Overall, the Canon EOS 750D offers a blend of advanced features and user-friendly options, making it a great choice for those seeking a reliable and capable camera.
Pros
Cons
Very fast. 24MP on crop1,6 is too much, imposes many restrictions. |
The faithful 350D did die of old age and numerous minor problems. He picked up a replacement without difficulty - the Canon EOS 750D is more than a worthy replacement for the old man. It has a lot of new photo, video and communication functions, the matrix has radically improved, control has become more convenient, but the main thing remains the same - you can achieve a good result in any, even the most difficult shooting conditions. The latest matrix, 24-megapixel, with a traditional crop factor of 1.6. The photos turn out great even in JPEG, and from a properly shot RAW, a genuine masterpiece can be created in post-processing in Lightroom. The shooting process itself can be very simple, as the camera is "smart" and capable of actively assisting a beginner, or very creative with fully manual settings. You can shoot without a flash even at dusk - at 1600 ISO, the photos come out completely noise-free, at 3200 there is some noise, but it's completely removed with filters. Higher sensitivity can only be used at the expense of quality. Compared to the 350D, the autofocus has completely changed. In this camera, it is surprisingly fast and accurate, I believe the lens also deserves credit for this. A real standout is the tracking autofocus. It confidently holds objects, both in photo shooting and video recording. The included 18-135mm IS STM lens is one of the most successful universal models, which can be successfully used in a variety of situations. It operates silently, which is very important for video shooting with sound and tracking autofocus. The camera's microphone, by the way, is stereophonic. I don't know how it manages to record stereo with such a short base, but it does, that's a fact. Not a very strong battery. This is especially noticeable when shooting video with active focus work. |
I wanted a cool camera at an affordable price. I bought it, added an 18-55mm IS STM lens and am delighted with the photos. The photos are really awesome. The old Canon point-and-shoot is just useless junk compared to this camera. I almost always shoot "on auto" and it doesn't let me down. Well, more precisely, it rarely lets me down ))) The image stabilizer in the lens is great. At least it almost completely eliminates the shake from my unsteady hands. It shoots full HD video. The shooting quality is excellent. The built-in Wi-Fi came in handy. It's convenient to upload photos to a laptop “wirelessly” and even more convenient to control the shooting from a smartphone. I took some photos of myself with my girlfriend; a third person would have certainly been a third wheel )))) Recently, I discovered another feature - you can use Wi-Fi to receive GPS coordinates from a smartphone and embed them into the photos. Now I definitely won’t forget, so to speak, “where I took this shot”. Japanese quality, as the camera is made in Japan. It's rare to find things made in this amazing country nowadays. It looks pretentious and bold. A large, black camera with a big lens. It looks very stylish both in hand and around the neck. The controls and menu are complicated, but I'm learning to shoot not just "on auto." The weight could be less; it gets tiring after a whole day. When shooting video in low light or at dusk, the autofocus works clumsily. It keeps twisting back and forth constantly. i recommend it should buy |

The only debatable advantage is the 24MP. On one hand, you can create mind-blowing portraits; on the other hand, the 3.5-micron pixel makes what was recently considered sharp not so sharp. And in general, achieving a large depth of field is almost impossible. 5.6 is our maximum aperture. At 8, diffraction noticeably blurs the image. An aperture of 16 turns a clearly visible brick wall (at 5.6) into an evenly gray background. In other words, it's fundamentally unacceptable. It's funny to say I have issues with the depth of field on a 10mm fisheye :)
P.S. bought a couple of batteries on AliExpress for 20 dollars. Yes, they aren't recognized by the camera and the actual capacity is 2/3 of what's stated, but they work without issues.
