Only 12.5 cm high. Compatible with the latest Intel and AMD sockets. Quiet 9 cm self-stabilizing bearing fan. Rich equipment.

The compact tower cooler is designed for builds in confined spaces, including those with mini-ITX and microATX cases where standard towers simply don't fit. The model is a black version of the NH-U9S, retaining the original's signature architecture but featuring a modern appearance without the characteristic beige-brown palette, making it an ideal fit for strict and minimalist builds executed in traditional shades.

The cooler’s height is only 125 mm, which makes it one of the most compatible solutions in the tower system segment. It maintains effective heat transfer thanks to five heat pipes with indirect contact and dense aluminum fins, cooled by an NF-A9 fan with a diameter of 92 mm. The latter is built on an SSO2 bearing with magnetic centering and operates within a range of 400–2000 RPM (or up to 1550 RPM when using the L.N.A.

adapter), providing a balanced ratio of performance and noise: the maximum level is only 23 dB. The compact asymmetrical design of the radiator does not block RAM slots and also leaves the first PCIe x16 slot free—a critically important advantage for builds with discrete graphics. The cooler is capable of handling processors with moderate thermal output and is suitable for systems with a TDP of up to 95–110 W depending on case configuration and airflow. As with all Noctua solutions, the NH-U9S chromax.black comes with the reliable SecuFirm2 mounting system with NT-H1 thermal paste and supports a wide range of platforms, including AM4, AM5, and LGA1700, as well as older AMD sockets such as AM2 and FM2, allowing it to be used in both modern and upgraded configurations.

Noctua Noctua NH-U9S Chromax Black CPU Cooler - 92mm NH-U9S CH.BK

Noctua is one of the well-known names in the field of silent and high-end cooling. The Austrian manufacturer's CPU coolers in particular enjoy an excellent reputation. The Noctua NH-U9S chromax.black is a quiet CPU cooler in a compact 92 mm format. The completely black version of the successful NH-U9S blends in perfectly with monochrome gaming syst... moreems. Its asymmetrical construction with five 6 mm heat pipes enables high cooling performance and high compatibility with various RAM modules. The features of the Noctua NH-U9S chromax.black CPU cooler at a glance: - Only 125 mm high - ideal for compact systems - Chromax.black design completely in black - With high quality, quiet PWM fan - High compatibility with various RAM modules - Including low-noise adapter and high-quality thermal paste Noctua NH-U9S chromax.black: compact processor cooler in black Thanks to its small footprint, the cooler does not protrude over the memory banks or the PCIe slots on all Intel and most AMD-based motherboards (including Micro-ATX and Mini-ITX form factors). Together with the compact height of 125 mm, this makes the NH-U9S a highly versatile solution with excellent housing, RAM and PCIe compatibility. The supplied NF-A9 chromax.black PWM fan , the speed of which is controlled fully automatically, ensures excellent running smoothness . With a second, optionally available NF-A9 fan, the cooling performance in double fan operation can be further improved. austrian turret

Noctua NH-U9S Chromax.Black is one of the most efficient "little towers" for CPU cooling. All current sockets are supported, including Intel LGA 1200, LGA 1700, AMD AM4 and AM5. The height of the cooler is only 12.5 cm, the fan diameter is 9 cm, and the total weight of the structure is 600 g. In order to accommodate five heat pipes and at the same time not interfere with the installation of high RAM, the array of ribs is shifted towards the motherboard power subsystem.

Trinity of metals

Both aluminium plates and copper tubes are painted with black matte paint (this gave the name of the Chromax.Black sub-version), which performs not only a decorative function, but also an anti-corrosion one. I contact the tube processor through an intermediary plate coated with nickel and polished to a mirror finish. The complete Noctua NF-A9 PWM fan on a self-stabilizing SSO2 bearing rotates at speeds up to 2000 rpm.

Gentleman's set

With the help of an LNA resistor, the speed can be reduced to 1550. And when the computer is idle, the turntable slows down to a generally indistinguishable 400 rpm. The cooler also comes with a pair of brackets for attaching a second fan (purchased separately), a tube of NT-H1 branded thermal paste and a metal nameplate with the Noctua logo, which can proudly decorate a PC case.
