There are compatibility issues with B450. Which is at least acknowledged by Tp-Link.

Does not work in Gigabyte B450m-S2H. This is already the third card I have bought that does not work in this board. I also had Asus PCE-AX3000 and TP-LINK Archer TX3000E. The old adapter works perfectly. Apparently, the problem is with the Intel ax200 chip as they are all based on it. Everything works in AM3 motherboards. TP-Link warns on their website about compatibility issues. After corresponding with the manufacturer, I returned it to Citilink under warranty. Thanks to the manufacturer for confirming the warranty case. The store wanted to refuse.
