MESH Wi-Fi signal booster, allowing you to eliminate areas with weak wireless signal reception from the main router. The model is designed to deploy seamless MESH networks by connecting to a wireless router with support for TP-LINK One Mesh technology. The device operates in two bands: 2.4 GHz with a bandwidth of up to 300 Mbps and 5 GHz with a data exchange speed of up to 867 Mbps.

The adaptive routing technology dynamically selects the best channel and range for data transmission, ensuring high-speed Wi-Fi in any part of the home. The device can also operate in access point mode—TP-LINK RE330 converts a wired connection of 100 Mbps into a dual-band wireless connection with 2×2 MU-MIMO. The model has internal antennas, totaling 2 units. Wi-Fi signal amplifier settings are configured through an intuitive interface in the Tether mobile app, available for download on smartphones running iOS and Android.

I'm happy. Now the whole house has an excellent signal. Everywhere.

I bought this exact kind of device, ’cause it’s easier to plug into an outlet than to get another router. The price is almost the same anyway. As a repeater, no complaints—it works great. But I do have issues with setup through the branded app. The app is buggy; I had to start over like five times for sure. Sometimes you open the app to check if everything’s okay, and it freezes or won’t connect to the device.

As for its core job, it works great. The signal is stable, devices don’t drop the connection, and speeds are good. Coverage is about 15 meters through walls—no issues. Handoff across the mesh from the router to the repeater is seamless and instant. Maybe Wi‑Fi 6 would be nice, but I didn’t want to pay twice as much.

Good model, worth buying. Although it is currently used as a bridge for cameras, there are no complaints.
