I have been using these Garmins for just under a year. I switched from the Vivoactive 4 model and am very satisfied. First of all, I was pleased with the bright AMOLED display compared to its predecessor and the great battery life. I have the Always on option turned off, but active nighttime saturation measurement is on. Without workouts, the daily battery consumption is about 5. With GPS workouts, it can be 7-8, meaning it lasts solidly for 2 weeks, and in the summer, I ran outside at least three times a week. I like the morning readiness report for training based on rest, sleep duration, past activities, and recommendations for runs for that day. Overall training information is also on par with all Garmins. I like the yellow strap, both for its design and because there are no skin issues; I sometimes had redness with the Vivoactive 4. I would also like sapphire glass because somehow in the first months of use, I probably brushed against a wall, so there is a small scratch that is sometimes noticeable on the dark display, but not when active. Another downside is that it poorly calibrates distance when running on a treadmill without GPS, meaning they asked for a correction the first time, but almost all subsequent workouts do not match the distance with the treadmill's reading, sometimes significantly off by 1 km on an hour-long run.
