Unisex model for active people
The Garmin Vivoactive smart watch is a universal solution equally suitable for both men and women. Unlike bulky models from specialized series like Instinct or Forerunner, these watches are compact and lightweight, making them comfortable for everyday wear. The variety of colors also allows for easy matching with any style and preference.
The model is primarily aimed at active users, which is confirmed by the rich set of features for health and physical activity monitoring. The device supports animated workouts and about 80 sports modes — from cardio and strength exercises to lacrosse, cricket, and rugby. There are also programs for people who use a wheelchair. The watch measures heart rate, heart rate variability, blood oxygen level, ambient temperature, analyzes sleep (including daytime rest), stress levels, and water balance, as well as calculates the body's energy index, Body Battery. The functionality is complemented by a smart alarm that determines the optimal time for waking up, based on sleep phases.
Functions for daily use
The Garmin Vivoactive 6 features a 1.2-inch AMOLED display, which remains readable both indoors and under direct sunlight. The built-in memory of 8 GB allows saving and listening to music without connecting to a smartphone. Thanks to NFC, purchases can be made through Garmin Pay. The battery provides up to 11 days of operation in standard mode and up to 3 weeks in power-saving mode. However, using such functions as Always-On Display, GPS, or music playback significantly reduces battery life.
One limitation to note is the lack of ability to answer calls directly — the device only displays notifications and allows you to decline a call.
