Dedicated smartwatches with an eye on enthusiastic runners to help you keep your finger on the pulse of the action and improve your running performance. The model offers tools for in-depth training analysis: pace, interval, maximum amount of absorbed oxygen, aerobic and anaerobic effect are recorded during a run, recovery time and readiness for the next workout are estimated at the end of sports.
The watch performs round-the-clock monitoring of heart rate, fixes the route of movement according to GPS satellites, duplicate notifications from the smartphone about calls and received messages. A separate version of the model with the prefix Music is additionally equipped with a built-in storage (capacity for 500 songs) and an audio player for direct playback of tracks through connected headphones. The degree of dust and water protection of the Garmin Forerunner 245 is marked IP68. Without recharging the battery, the user has the right to count on 7 days of battery life in the "smart" watch mode and exactly for a day of continuous operation of the smart device with active GPS monitoring.

Bought it 2 days ago. They're a bit small for my hand. The main thing for me is that they measure heart rate accurately up to 176, GPS is also precise, and they show altitude correctly too (thought it would be worse since there is no barometer). They measure VO2 max as well. They also measure oxygen level well. They track sleep, body energy, and show intensity and recovery time. There is a virtual coach. Downside - the screen is dim. Accuracy of measurements, wide functionality of the watch, and apps on the phone. Dim screen, small size, be careful with the plastic, not a model for construction sites)) use Garmin Forerunner 245 less than month |
