Intelligent Hybrid Autofocus
The camera is equipped with a 21-megapixel back-illuminated CMOS sensor with a physical size of 1 inch. The device supports RAW shooting and video recording in resolutions of up to 4K at 30 frames per second. The intelligent hybrid autofocus system, based on AI, helps by recognizing multiple faces in the frame, tracking people's eyes and animal faces, ensuring precise focusing in any condition.
Touch Rotating Screen
The Sony ZV-1 II model features a touch display on a rotating hinge, which significantly simplifies shooting at unconventional angles. The viewfinder, optical, and sensor stabilization are not included in the design. The built-in lens covers a popular range of equivalent focal lengths of 18–50 mm and has a variable aperture of f/1.8–4.0, allowing work in diverse lighting conditions.
Onboard Equipment
For high-quality sound recording, the camera provides the opportunity to connect an external microphone. Wireless interfaces include Wi-Fi and Bluetooth, and among creative tools is the proprietary cinematic shooting mode, Cinematic Vlog. The compact aluminum body makes the device easy to carry and allows it to be effortlessly carried in the pocket of outer clothing.
