Sony A7r V body (ILCE7RM5B.CEC)

Sony released the fifth edition of the A7r at the end of 2022. The camera features a 61-megapixel back-illuminated sensor that provides 15 stops of dynamic range. The native ISO range is between 100-32000, but you can expand it using software methods to ISO 50-102400. It should be noted that due to the high resolution of the sensor, photographs produced by this camera may be large in size. Matrix stabilization has been improved and now compensates for up to 8 stops of shutter speed or exposure.

This camera also features a separate chip responsible for artificial intelligence operations. It controls the automatic focusing system, which includes 693 points and covers approximately 79% of the frame. This system is capable of recognizing various objects in real time, such as people, animals, insects, vehicles and others. The camera also features a 9.44 million pixel electronic viewfinder and a 3.2-inch multi-DOF touchscreen for easy shooting.

In terms of video recording, the camera is capable of recording 8K video at 24/25fps, with up to 30 minutes of continuous recording without overheating. 4K video footage can be recorded at frame rates up to 60 frames per second. The camera supports XAVC SI with All-Intra H.264 10-bit 4:2:2 compression and XAVC HS with H.265 compression. Operators are provided with S-Cinetone or S-Log3 profiles and 10-bit HLG for playback on HDR screens.

Special features of the camera include dual slots for CFexpress type A and SD UHS-II memory cards, a USB type C port with Power Delivery support, and a rugged housing with dust and moisture protection. Sony A7r V is a professional instrument.
