Compact Wi-Fi signal amplifier (repeater) with built-in socket and support for 802.11b/g/n wireless networks. It is used to create high-quality Wi-Fi coverage in large areas in situations where the main router is not able to provide sufficient signal strength due to a significant distance or numerous obstacles. Also, the use of such a device can be justified if it is impossible to lay a network cable.
The TP-LINK TL-WA860RE signal amplifier is equipped with an RJ-45 LAN 10/100BASE-TX Fast Ethernet connector and can provide cable connection to devices such as a Smart TV, media player or game console at speeds up to 100 Mbps. Thanks to the use of the current hardware platform (Qualcomm Atheros QCA9533, 550 MHz, 32 MB RAM and 4 MB flash memory) and the use of two external antennas with a gain of 3 dBi in MIMO 2x2 mode, the repeater is capable of providing data transfer rates up to 300 Mbps. The latest security protocols WPA, WEP, WPA2 and 64/128/152-bit key encryption are supported. Provides DHCP server functionality and MAC address filtering. Can work with simple bridge mode. Easy to set up, which is done by the user himself.
