And USB-A 10Gbps (previously known as USB 3.1 and USB 3.2 gen2) is the next version of this interface after USB-A 5Gbps. It provides a connection speed of up to 10 Gbps, and with Power Delivery function, it allows supplying external devices with power up to 100W (however, this feature is not strictly mandatory and its presence should be clarified separately). At the same time, USB peripherals of other versions can be connected to such ports: devices with a full-size plug directly, with a USB-C plug via an adapter.
