— AMD's 8th generation mobile processor family, released just before sunset in 2023. The chips, codenamed Hawk Point, are based on the Zen4 architecture and contain RDNA 3 graphics. However, the vast majority of models are equipped with the XDNA NPU neural coprocessor to accelerate the operation of artificial intelligence algorithms.

The processors in the line have from 4 to 8 cores with multi-threading support. A couple of junior representatives of the energy-efficient subseries of U chips are produced without a neural engine. Their dynamic TDP varies from 15 to 30 W. It is noteworthy that the Hawk Point family is divided into two more subseries: xx40HS with power consumption of 20 - 30 W and xx45HS with dynamic TDP of 35 - 54 W. Overall, the line's processors deliver performance gains of up to approximately 40% on workloads associated with some popular generative AI models.
