Laptops with trackpoint
Trackpoint
— kind of analogue of the joystick — characteristic "point" with diameter of several millimetres, usually located in the centre of the keyboard. The cursor is controlled by deviating the "point" in the appropriate direction. Trackpoints are noticeably more compact than touchpads and allow for more precise cursor movement over short distances. On the other hand, they are less convenient and significantly limited in functionality. So in its pure form, this type of manipulator is practically never found nowadays — it is used in combination with touchpad.Show
