Metal bezels
— the main advantage of metal bezels is their high strength and reliability — this is especially important given that it is the bezels of a mobile phone that are most often hit. This material is somewhat more expensive than plastic, which is why it is a little less common; on the other hand, it is more versatile — in the sense that such bezels can be easily combined with almost any back panel (see "Back cover material"). Actually, many cover materials (metal and glass, rubber and ceramics) nowadays are most often supplemented with a metal coating; the only exception is plastic, but in this category there are many devices with similar bezels.The disadvantages of the metal, in addition to the relatively high cost, include a certain tendency to slip in the hand — even if the frame is made matte. However, this shouldn't be considered a critical flaw.
