I decided to buy an iPhone 16e. In my opinion, it's the best iPhone right now in terms of price/performance.
Although it's the cheapest iPhone among the current models, the build quality is outstanding. It feels nice to hold.
The screen is quite good; according to reviews, it is well-calibrated.
The chipset is the same as on the iPhone 16. It's nice that it has 8 GB of RAM, instead of the 6 GB in the basic model 15. The power is more than enough. The 16e is 15-20% more powerful than the 15 model, and even slightly more powerful than the much more expensive 15 Pro Max!
The camera is great. Personally, I don't need the wide-angle lens because the photo quality is always worse than the main one.
The battery life is simply amazing. It will definitely last a day of intensive use. According to tests, the battery life here is better than in the 15, 16, and 16 Pro, which is really cool.
After the recent price drop in Ukraine, the iPhone 16e has become a very attractive purchase, and in terms of price/performance, it's the best iPhone among the current ones. And the 15 model, in my opinion, is already outdated, it doesn't even support Apple Intelligence.
