PBP monitors

PBP (Picture by Picture)

— the monitor supports Picture by Picture or other similar technology that allows multiple image sources to be displayed on the screen at the same time.

Specifically, in the Picture by Picture mode (picture next to the picture), the screen is divided into two or four zones, each of which is broadcasting an image from its source. Another popular mode — Picture In Picture (picture in picture), when one image takes up the entire screen, and the second is displayed in small window in the corner. Anyway, thanks to such technologies on one screen, you can work with several connected devices at once: for example, display an image on the monitor simultaneously from PC, from laptop and from an external TV tuner. Of course, each device must be connected to its own input. Also note that monitors with this function have rather large diagonal — mostly from 27 "and above (otherwise it would be simply inconvenient to use PBP).
