Fast charge laptops
Fast charging
— the laptop has fast charging feature.True to its name, this feature significantly reduces battery charging time. The principle of fast charging is that the charger (charger) during the process maintains the optimal current and voltage. Accordingly, this function can only be used with special charger; however, it is these charger devices that are usually included in the package.
Separately, it is worth noting that in some laptops specific fast charging capabilities may be specified — for example, “50% in 30 minutes” or “80% in an hour”. When evaluating these figures, it is worth considering that the battery charging rate is uneven: it is highest at the first percent of the charge, then gradually decreases. Two things follow from this in this case. Firstly, the time for full charge will not be strictly proportional to the time for partial one: thus, in our first example, "50% in 30 minutes" does not mean "100% in an hour" — the time for full charge will inevitably be somewhat longer. Secondly, the time given in the characteristics is relevant only for charging completely discharged battery, in other cases it will be longer. So, if we take the second example “80% in an hour”, then charging such laptop from 20% to 100% will take more than an hour, although formally the battery is “refueled” by the same 80%.
